Sarah advises clients on general business needs and corporate transactions, including capital market and servicing agreements, master service agreements, vendor contracts, brokerage agreements, NDAs, and other contracts. She previously worked at Holland & Knight LLP and Squire Patton Boggs in their corporate finance divisions, with a focus on asset based lending and real estate transactions. 

Most recently, she worked at Lavery Meyers PLLC, supporting a variety of clients' legal needs in a quasi in-house role. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, and Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Oklahoma State University. 

In her free time Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and outdoors. She is an active volunteer in her community and with her childrens' school.

Sarah is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
